Windows 10 upgrade to Windows 7?

I have a Windows 7 laptop, I started this upgrade wizard from Microsoft, it started to install in the background but when it came back after a while, the laptop kept going up and down, there was a white line on the top left all the time see that stays on and when the laptop shuts down and starts up again the same thing over and over, please help me, thank you.

But should actually fulfill, because this popup constantly reminded me to switch to Win 10, how can I save my data, I'm desperate because all my old photos, videos, etc. Were saved, thank you very much.
