What can it be that if you turn the camera on the laptop then such a dizzy?
A troll that hits you on the cap or a psychosomatic problem that a psychologist should investigate.
I'm serious!
There's no logical explanation that will make you dizzy when you start a laptop camera.
Dizziness can have a thousand causes, but if you do not stoop to turn on the camera (no idea why that should be necessary) is really just that you imagine this.
You could also be dizzy from pictures / videos on the laptop or if you see the picture of the camera on the screen.
So if I try to answer that sensibly it comes to the imagination (psychosomatic) or the extremely poor response to EM fields (which might happen rather when starting the laptop does not start the camera) or your laptop is obsessed.
So I'm typing on psychosomatic causes because otherwise I can't find a logical explanation for the sake of it. Technically, that is actually impossible, as I said.
