Any laptop with a Ryzen APU can do that perfectly. Even Intel IGPUs can do this.

Every current laptop has one. Really everyone. You can choose one, preferably with an AMD Ryzen processor, as these offer more powerful graphics solutions.

So it meets the requirements mentioned. However, it is already quite old, so maybe I would negotiate the price a little bit lower. A 500Gb HDD is installed. HDDs are quite slow, which results in long loading times. It's not unusable, but it's less convenient than an SSD. But I also think that the used market would be better with the budget. Nevertheless, I would look around for something with newer technology ^^ I'll take a quick look and get in touch again.

If not, that doesn't matter.
Oh, Gta will be difficult… Unfortunately, the budget of 300 euro is a little too little to find something powerful. You can play more undemanding or older games with it.
