I have ordered a PC at Dubaro which is already configured with Windows 10 and there's the following: Systems with Windows:
Our systems are delivered with already loaded Windows incl. Drivers,
if this has been added in the configurator, or is included in the product.
However, activation must be performed by the customer. For this purpose, click on "Change product key"
click and enter the key, which is located at the back of the PC - For notebooks under the notebook.
The first digits are hidden by a gray rubbing field. This carefully with e.g. Scrub off the fingernail. Could anyone describe where that is?

And can't find a sticker from Mirosoft with a printed product key on the back of the case? Then you should contact the seller.
Incidentally, I find the description of the whole thing strange: first, i.d.R. No product key more than stickers attached to the case and certainly not for scratching…
So call the seller and ask.
