How can I get my HDMI working again on my laptop?

My laptop is currently having problems and I can't connect it to the HDMI port on my large TV.

I have already tried the common solutions: (restart the PC, update the graphics driver, mirror the monitor, replace the cable)

I had this problem before and I got it solved, but at the moment I'm not getting anywhere. My operating system is Windows 10. Does anyone have any ideas? I appreciate every reply.

does the connection with HDMI work with another monitor? Do you have one to test? If he goes there the problem with the TV is not with your laptop.

Yes the cable works even if I leave it connected to the TV and connect it to another device.
