Got my mother's laptop because of homeschooling and wanted to download a game. The problem is that the laptop only has 100 GB of storage space. But there's another hard drive with 1TB. (I think that means hard drive don't know my way around) The question is, how can I use it. When I try to download something, it says that I only have 3GB free. Can someone help me?
It depends on where you are downloading the game. With Steam you can create a new game library (Steam Library) on this hard drive and install the games there.
And otherwise you can almost always specify a directory / path where the game should be installed. There you then just specify a folder on the other hard drive
Change the destination drive. You can find instructions on the internet!
Thanks for your answer, do I have to download teams (my homeschooling app) again or can I somehow pull them over there? As well as the steam acc etc.
Thanks i will try
So you download the game via Steam.
