Is there a way to use your iPhone as a bluetooth receiver?

I have a laptop that doesn't have Bluetooth and I want to play a game on Steam with my Xbox controller, unfortunately I don't have a cable and that's why I ask if I could use my iPhone with USB as a receiver.

So I'd be lying, but I mean to say if it were correct that you can use the xbox controller on steam play, which you then stream on the iphone and then you can play on the PC with it.

So first activate steam play, then supply the iphone with the app. Set up the controller in the app, select the iphone as the controller in steam, and then connect the controller to the iphone.

So now start the game from the list on the iphone in the steam app.
