When I was playing with my laptop I just happened to have short phases where I only have 13 frames per second. Does one of you know why?

Which laptop with which specifications and which game. Just "laptop" is simply not enough information.

You can restart it.

If that doesn't help, it may be hot and you need to let it sit for a few minutes.

What kind of laptop do you have

It's an HP Pavilion 15
with a 1050 4GB
and an i5 8300h
and 16GB ram with 2666mhz
