Hi, I have a laptop with USB and an adapter from USB C to Chinch. I connected USB C to my laptop and Chinch to my system. However, as soon as I turn on a song, my player plays and pauses all the time. The playback itself works. However, the player pauses and plays all the time. So my question is whether I can possibly make out that USB C can control my player.
Depending on the device, it may be that there are two contacts in the connector, it may happen that.

The "adapter" must be an audio interface (at least a very simple DAC), because USB-C itself certainly does not transmit any analog audio signals (at least not with a laptop).
One would have to find out whether the player is paused when you connect an external audio interface or not and whether this can be prevented.
