Laptop spins - what are the noises?

I bought an asos vivobook about 4 months ago. Nice laptop, however, is quite loud when I put it on the table or somewhere else. Is it not completely ventilated and therefore makes these noises as if I had used it for 12 hours straight?

at night it turns on by itself and makes such noises again.

is that normal?

Maybe you put your laptop on a bad surface or the fan does not work properly.
