Yesterday I got a laptop for 280 and today it spins around totally the pointer doesn't move anymore what do I have to do? Besides, it only spins around when I watch YouTube

What does "the pointer does not move" mean? Did you connect an external mouse? Via cable or BlueTooth? Did you turn off the touchpad using a key combination?
