I press the "r" key, "gr" or "i" opens a window that F7 would be activated - according to the Internet, the Fn key could be permanently activated. I have already tried the key combinations mentioned - even bringing them down didn't help.

Try plugging in a keyboard via usb, whether it works or is causing problems.
It may also be that the connection cable of the keyboard has a shot 💨. This is just a thin ribbon cable.
