I can't reset my computer, what should I do?

I wanted to reset my laptop, but when the time comes, only the message comes: No changes have been made. How are you supposed to reset it now?

No, just this message and then I can just close the window

Have you backed up all your data, if so, I can show you how to reset the laptop in cmd

Settings> Update and Security> Recovery> Advanced Start> "Restart Now"
Troubleshoot> Advanced Options> Command Prompt
Then you open the command prompt as an administrator
Then enter the following in the window:

-cd% windir% \ system32 \ config
ren system system.001
ren software software.001

You should now be able to reset your PC in the next step.
