At the beginning you could try a restart. If that does not work, I would reset various network settings.
Open the command prompt (cmd) as administrator (right click => Run as administrator) and execute the following commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns
netcfg -d
Enter a command, confirm with the Enter key, enter the next command, confirm again with Enter, etc.
Then restart your laptop.

The problem has been resolved, it was due to the system start choice. This was not the normal one, but a custom one.
