My Bmax laptop can no longer be started when I turn it black again after the Bmax symbol and start over again and again until I shut it down using the on / off button. I think it is due to a Windows operating error.
You can't reinstall the operating system on any system via the BIOS.
You need a USB stick with the installation files (you can create one free of charge from Microsoft) and you have to boot from the stick once so that the installation can start.
