Are there any methods?
It does not really annoy, it's funny, but still I think it would be better if I did not feel watched all the time.
(Cupboards, beds, TV, laptop, mobile phone, window, keyhole and generally just like that)
As you say, you feel watched, though no one is watching you. You have to look like that, you get that feeling away, otherwise you always have stress with it. Ev. Can a psychologist help if that annoys you?
