I have the problem that my PC gets only 60K from 400K (download).
I also know that I get to almost 100% No 400K, but at least 300K or so would have to be in there.
I also tested the internet on my laptop and had about 350K download and 19K upload.
What is also a problem with me is that the Internet sometimes completely ONLY PC abkackt.

So you are connected with both via Wi-Fi and with both the same distance from the router? Then call the model of the notebook and what WLAN card / stick you used on the PC. It is probably quite old and does not support ac Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi 5 and is correspondingly slow. At least I would guess that.
