I have a laptop from school, it's an HD convertible and it kind of doesn't work. The button to turn it on lights up, which actually means that it is on. On the keyboard, too, the key to make the letter large flashes and a key with a signal symbol on it lights up permanently. I've already connected and charged the laptop. Even if you press the on / off button longer, nothing happens. The screen is permanently black.
It would be really great if someone could help me because, as I said, it doesn't belong to me.
