No. Either install the better parts in the better notebook or sell both and get a better one.
I can easily say no to that.
The only thing you can do is sell both and then buy a new one. But then I would get a PC directly.
Removing parts is usually very difficult and then selling them is even more difficult because nobody can install the parts. For this reason, you will probably not be able to install the parts.
Laptops are PCs.
Desktop PCs are cheaper than laptops with the same performance.
2 weak systems can't be combined into a better one.
