So the DisplayPort 1.4 built into your laptop is initially able to send 4K at 144Hz. This should also be possible via the HDMI port, but I don't put my hand in the fire.
But where is the port now? As is often the case, it is integrated into the USB-C port, so you will need an adapter cable. Of course, make sure that everything supports DP 1.4, because all previous standards, as far as I know, only support 4K at up to 60Hz.
