The following problem.
I use an Acer Aspire VX15 with Windows 10 and have always connected my headset (via the jack). Immediately Windows asked me how I wanted to use my headset as a headphone, just as a microphone or as a headset combined.
In the end, I want to use my headset as a headset and my laptop microphone to bridge my financial situation. ^^

Click on the loudspeaker symbol with the left mouse button in the lower right corner. Select Sound Settings and set which microphone you want to use from the existing ones.
