Netflix without virus protection?

I have no virus protection on the laptop right now and if I want to use netflix it says that it would be dangerous to use the site without virus protection because hackers could access credit cards etc. Is that correct or can I use the site?

If you access Netflix.com directly and enter this name yourself without pressing any external links, nothing should happen.

The note apparently only comes from netflix.de. I can't say whether this is an error or not. Otherwise go in via netflix.com. 🙂

What you see there's the indication that netflix.de transfers your data unsecured. They have spanked the security of their own website. Go to netflix.com and everything is fine.
