Grading in the corona crisis lel?

So my teacher pretty much bombarded us with tasks that we should just do digitally. But since not everyone in my class had the opportunity to edit it (be it through working, sewing masks or, as in my case, not having a laptop), we had quite a problem. Because she said that she has rated everything since the beginning of the Easter holidays. The deadline for the first tasks was long over and we knew nothing about it. She also had a project retreat on a subject that we had barely touched on. Exactly the same in politics.

Now we naturally ask ourselves whether she is allowed to do it at all?

You say you didn't have time? Come on, that's a joke.
you have nobody with a pc / laptop and internet in your family or in the vicinity? This is also a joke

Of course, it can and must be graded, that is also the purpose of online lessons, it is not occupational therapy. However, she should have clarified this beforehand and also asked if everyone had access to the tasks. Mask sewing is certainly not an excuse.

We were not allowed to rate the tasks because of social injustice. Should also be in the letter that the educational institutions got from the country.

We're a class of 10 people. Since we actually had an internship, 3 people started it anyway and are therefore quite late at home. Some are now working on the side. Others don't feel like it either. Among other things, I did not say that I had no time but mkay

I have no family other than my mother and sister. My friends all live further away, one of my mother's has a PC and since I belong to a risk group, my mother didn't want me to chug through the area. But thanks anyway for this, let's say "helpful" answer.

OK thanks: 3 yes some say you can and others say you can't. I actually just want to make sure what's right now. Because like I said, not everyone had the opportunity to do so ^^ "

Okey thanks.

Basically, it is unfortunately regulated differently in each federal state. It only helps to ask the director or to search for the official letter for your state on the Internet. In any case, it is not rated in NRW.
