My cats knocked over my vase last night and this morning I freed my laptop from the puddle. I do not know how much he got because he stands on small feet and was not sprayed directly, but the puddle spread to below.
when would you turn it on again on a trial basis?
Open the case. If you see something wet, dry it with a hair dryer. Or maybe stand next to a heater. And then let it dry for a day. Then just try switching it on
Screw on. (Shut down beforehand and pull out the plug)
Then see if something is wet anywhere. You can't break anything.
If you can see water, take a blow dryer and blow until the water is gone.
Take the opportunity to get the dust out of the case.
Then again and no problem.
