Can someone tell me a 300 euro laptop on the gta 5 runs smoothly. Can also be used

There's not any.

Even with a desktop PC, which is usually much cheaper for the same performance, you would need at least 300-400 euro for the PC alone, so that GTA V runs on at least 30 FPS.

There's not any. But if you make 370 euro out of it you get a PC that can do it (without screen, keyboard, mouse)
