I'm looking for a solid laptop
, My requirements are: surfing the internet, watching prime movies, youtube videos, occasionally using programs like gimp and windows movie maker and everyday stuff. It would be nice if the battery lasts for a while and if the device is not only made of plastic. The size should be 14 + inches.

Since you will not find anything appealing in the price range, if it should be a new device. I would at least put on a device with an AMD Ryzen 3, 8GB of RAM and a SSD.

It is a 15.6-inch device with a Full HD display. Installed are an AMD Ryzen 3 2200U, 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD. Furthermore, Windows 10 is already preinstalled. The battery life amounts according to data up to 10.5 hours.

In this price performance you should better look for a used notebook such. Look at an HP ProBook G1 and replace the battery later.
A battery replacement in this model is still possible without disassembly, but costs a new HP - original battery then about 70 to 80 euro.

This should easily meet your tasks, even underclocked via Windows - energy plan.
New you will not be lucky. With the budget, I would definitely look needed. For example, Thinkpad T4xx series
