Sims 4 CCs are not working?

So I downloaded CCs a few hours ago, when I started to run Sims 4 I had to "install" it for some weird reason, I think it meant updating rather. In any case, I had problems during the download and have therefore deleted the entire Sims 4 folder (the ccs previously moved to an external folder). When the download was finished, the Sims 4 folder was back and I put the CCs in the mod folder, when I started the game, I went first to the settings and have the mods, and made the laptop mode. But when I restarted the game, this script / non script mods window did not work and I did not have the Cc in play either.

Could someone tell me what / did I (what) do wrong? Incidentally, the menu in sims 4 looks completely different now, so it was definitely an update. And I do not understand the costume management, I've already read that you have to "repererieren" the ccs. Is it because or what is wrong with me?

After an update the mods are always deactivated automatically. You simply have to reactivate them in the settings and then restart the game.
