You don't buy from eBay, but from a seller who only uses eBay as a sales platform.
And you should take a close look at this seller, e.g. The ratings received and whether PayPal payment is possible.
It must also be clear to you that if you make a purchase abroad, you will completely waive your usual German buyer rights, this also applies to any warranty claims.
