I got several of these batteries from a laptop battery and wanted to google for the name. But I only find such here:
Are they the same?

And can I then load it with something like that?

Yes, these are the Samsung 22F. When handling the batteries you should be very careful, these are unprotected industrial batteries. If there's a short circuit, the batteries can outgas.
