How many technical problems did you have with your surfaces?

Question for Microsoft Laptop Go… And all other models.

Honestly, it was the worst hardware i have ever had, from docking station to pen everything was a problem. And that with a good 350 Surfaces devices.

We have 3 books, a Pro7 and two GO's (first and 2), an old LTE and the first RT… All of them run stably, the 4 pencils and type covers also work without any problems

Recently I briefly had the problem that the GO2 had not found the WLAN adapter… Then I reinstalled it over the network… Fixed the problem.

Otherwise we actually have no problems at all from the first RT (9 years old). Also in the circle of acquaintances - on my recommendation - several interfaces have moved in and most of the problems always came from the user beforehand.
As a rule, however, these were very rarely hardware problems that could not be solved…
