Amazon article scam?

I ordered a laptop on amazon today. The price almost seemed a bit too good to me but well it's used. 1-2 hours later my order was canceled. Justification Article is no longer available. Then order again this time for 115 euro less. And now 5 hours later get a cancellation mail with the same reason. I will get money back, but now I have something to think about with the product because it is strangely used and there are several in stock at 3 different sellers on amazon. What do you think?

What do you think?

Probably fake accounts.

I think someone is trying to push prices down. He claims that he has the item, puts it cheaply, waits for shops that follow on Amazon (eg rebuy often regulates the prices downwards). And then the person buys the item there.

And if someone buys his item in the meantime before the price has been pushed, the person stops

But has verified purchase ratings

If you click on seller information, you can see that you should first contact them by email. Most of them then demand that you should bypass Amazon and make sales directly with them. Then you pay and no more contact. Money gone, no goods and no buyer protection at Amazon.

Such reviews say nothing at first. And the thing costs a price one up front! That alone should make you think. And such articles on Amazon? Well, I have my own opinion…

This is a well-known scam that keeps popping up on Amazon, luckily you didn't fall for it!

If an offer on Amazon is unusually cheap and the seller wants to be contacted by email BEFORE ordering, then these are the typical attempts at fraud!

The users usually hacked a seller page with good ratings and then try to redirect the order and payment and process "past Amazon".
If you fall for it and transfer the purchase price directly to the seller, you will get nothing!

Money gone, but the goods NEVER come!

Amazon guarantee / buyer protection does NOT help in such cases!
Amazon keeps out of it with the argument that the order and the payment were NOT processed correctly via Amazon.

Your article is a typical case for such an attempt at fraud. If you click on the name of the provider, you will be asked:

Amazon article scam

Fortunately, you chose the correct ordering method (Amazon shopping cart + Amazon order button) and then of course a cancellation came from Amazon, because that's all fake and this offer does not exist at all with this Amazon seller.
But it's really bad that Amazon still hasn't done anything about it.

Seller side was hacked

No, the offer is part of a known scam, where attempts are made to route the order + payment to Amazon "past" and then no goods are delivered after the payment.
