What can the account connected to Windows see remotely?

I got a laptop from work, which is connected to a company email. What can watch this account on the PC, if any? Can I somehow be watched?

If only one mail account of the company is set up, nothing can be "spied out". However, if the laptop is a member of a domain, things look very different.
