I have connected 1x CaptureCard and 1x webcam to my laptop via USB
(I've already had the problem that when I used the Capturecard in OBS that the webcam is there but I don't get a picture because the CaptureCard is already being used as a RECORDING DEVICE, the solution was that I simply used a different USB port for the webcam and it suddenly worked)
Yesterday I switched from WIN 10 to WIN 7 and now I have the same problem but unfortunately the problem is not solved after changing different USB ports.
Maybe I had made a few adjustments back then after all?
CONCLUSION is both devices work perfectly, both devices run via USB PORT (I think both 3.0), I was once shown the message that my video recording device is ready for use but that means my capture card.
PS: When I switch on my WEB CAM the CaptureCard stays black and when I switch on the Capture Card my WEB CAM stays black.
I hope I was able to explain my problem correctly so that someone can help me.
You also created two different recording devices in OBS?
In general, both should work as long as they are on different hardware ports (you are not using a hub correctly?).
Why did you switch to Win7? Which capture card do you use? Sometimes it is enough to change the order in the source window.
