Copy Microsoft Office 2007 to new laptop?

At home we have an old laptop with Windows 7. There's Microsoft Office 2007 installed (only so-called "test product", which does not expire after a certain time). We want to copy this program to our new laptop (Windows 10, Office not activated).

How is that possible? Is it legal? I'm looking forward to your responses.
