I'm about to buy a notebook and have another last question.
following:
I have the choice between a Ryzen 5 3500U with the Radeon Vega 8 and an Intel i5 8265U or even i5 10 … U with the UHD Graphics 620.
Conditions:
Fast surfing
Streaming (Twitch, Netflix, Amazon…)
workstation
Mini Games (LoL, AoE, Settlers, Online Card Games…)
Fast basic system
Should I decide in this case for the Intel (8th or 10th Gen.) processor with the rather modest graphics chip or the AMD processor with the solid Vega 8?
Would not you put so much value on the graphics chip and choose the faster processor for these requirements?
If you want to play with it half way, then I would recommend the Ryzen with the solid Vega 8 to your heart.
Until Intel manages to bring the UHD Graphics or Iris Pro to a bearable level, I would clearly tend to the AMD here. But that's not great gambling. And of course, the Vega GPU also increases power consumption.

These are the candidates. So does the better Intel processor not compensate for the worse graphics chip?
For gambling I have a calculator here is just about the things mentioned:-)
For "gaming" the Ryzen with his Vega 8 is the right choice.
The Intel model does not have Windows.
It's quite cheap on eBay, MMOGA, etc. That's not to fail:-)
In parts, the Vega chip brings advantages in streaming. He also relieves the main processor.
True is another advantage:-) I think it will be the AMD station wagon like half a year ago on the calculator… Intel has now simply run out of rank…
Unfortunately, I'm still bound to Intel, but soon go to the thread ripper platform.
