Programs close by themselves, can anyone

I have windows 10 and when i try to open programs (as well as games) they close by themselves after 20 seconds or something like that i have de- and reinstalled the programs several times and unfortunately it still doesn't work So it has to be on the laptop, the programs don't actually need that much storage space, so I'm wondering why it doesn't work

Maybe your Windows is defective, would do it again.

When it comes to games, I would first suspect the graphics card, what about the Internet, YouTube videos or office programs, do they crash quickly? Sometimes it helps to download the latest drivers from the graphics card manufacturer, but unfortunately a laptop is basically not a gaming PC.
