I'm looking for a computer specialist who can help me with my current problem. My Windows 10 laptop stops booting or Bootet no longer and it appears a message with the following sentence: "A disk read error occurred" Then I first tried to boot over the hdd but it was still not. Hard drive was then plugged into another notebook, but it still did not work. I absolutely need the data from the hard drive and ask for any help
Do you have the possibility to burn a Knoppix (Linux) rescue DVD? With that you can save your data with gparted. That you have to switch to bios on DVD as the first boot media is clear? Sounds like a total failure
Hard drive was then plugged into another notebook, but it still did not work.
Start a Linux-LIVE CD / DVD / USB

or connect the HDD externally via USB 3.0 to another Laptoip with Windows running on it
Sounds like she's dead, could possibly save something with a Linux boot CD (if it's still running) and depending on how important the data are, there are companies that specialize in data recovery, but they are correspondingly expensive.
Try it first with a rescue DVD:

This ISO file must be burned to a DVD (=> "burn ISO"), or you can create a bootable USB stick from it by a tool.

With the tools of these emergency DVDs you can scan the disk surface for errors, from the whole disk, or even partitions, a binary 1: 1 backup and (if technically possible) by file manager and access to folders and files and copy this.
These are all just "trial balloons". So no guarantee of success.
But you can also remove the plate and install by Sata in another computer, or plug via USB adapter to another computer.
Then you can do the same tests with very similar Windows tools as with these rescue DVDs. And you can also try to reconstruct data.

But it's not that trivial either.
And with a mechanical failure on the hard drive, it may well be that none of the above measures will help.
Then this is a case for professional data rescuers, but they pay pretty well. It depends on the "vital importance" of the data on the hard disk.
A blessing, if you regularly backup your most important data…
