Wants to buy gta through mmoga. Do I have it on another pc?

If you buy gta via mmoga you get a code that you have to enter in the rockstargames launcher. Then I have gta on the launcher. I want to do that on my current laptop. But later I want to buy a pc. If I then log on to the rockstargames launcher on the nine pc, do I also have gta there on the nine pc?

A few weeks ago you could have downloaded it for free at EpicGames

If you install the Rockstar Launcher on your later PC and log in with the same account as from the laptop, you can play GTA wherever you want

I know then I wasn't allowed to play gta yet
