In my club I take over a lot of the administrative tasks as homework from Minijob in April. For this the club provides me with a laptop and a printer. Furthermore, I should mention an amount for the use of my private office, Internet & telephone, which should be paid to me as a cost replacement.
The workload is about 8-10 hrs. Weekly. I have no idea what I can state as appropriate, is there any rules or rates of compensation for this anywhere?
For private office use either the actual costs are calculated, or "packages" between about 50-150 euro are paid for "full use".
If the work is not free association work, but a paid mini-job (up to 450 euro / month), the minimum wage must be respected (9,19 euro / h). Since then max.ca. 48h / month, so as not to fall below minimum wage
So, when it's time to pay, the hour with 9.50 euro apply (slightly above minimum wage).
If it is unpaid "club work" then I would like to use the office with e.g. 90 euro - 100 euro.
