When I try to open the game crossout I get an error message: Microsoft Basic Render driver detected as primary device. To do something?

Whenever I want to open crossout on my laptop, I get an error message (Fatal Error: Microsoft Basic Render driver detected as primary device. Please install correct drivers for your GPU.) And since I'm almost completely unfamiliar with laptops (pc) I'm totally overwhelmed and don't know what to do. I've googled the problem before but I just don't understand the terms. Can someone give me instructions on what to do (explained to idiots) would really help me a lot.

Install the graka driver and set it as a fixed selection

Google on the Internet for your graphics card and driver and install
