Where to Work & Travel?

Have a small travel budget but I continue to earn money on the trip as I have websites.

In 3 months I will start at the earliest, then I wanted to be on the road for a few months at least.

For Thailand, my income would be more than easy enough, I would not have to worry and could still put something aside - working there for money is anyway difficult.

New Zealand also appeals to me as only the flight is very expensive there and also there, with my savings and income, I would quickly come to the limit. So would have to work there as well as Australia. There are also costs for visa and all the stuff

I would like to say that Canada is still missing information about Canada. Only knows that you can stay there for a long time without a visa, but probably do not work or?

Imagine you wanted backpacks, have little money on the side but on the way always a fixed monthly income of about 1000 euro (probably more depending on how much time I have to sit on the laptop).

Where would you go? How would you plan this for you?

What you want to do is not necessarily Work & Travel, but normal travel. Where you want to go and how it finances, you have to know yourself, we can't tell you that.

As you describe it, I would go to Thailand.

In South America with 1000Euro loose around the laps and you do not have to worry about not having enough money with you. Not in the fattest luxury but already very pleasant. Also there are a few expensive countries that cost as much as ours, but in most cases it is very cheap.

Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Bolivia, … Everything super exciting countries, everything from the deepest rainforest to the desert, from the coast to almost 7000m.

And to top it all off, it's all around the world, it's just Volunteer, so for a while you do not have any issues http://www.workaway.info, you get to know the country and the locals from another side, you have something cool to work with, and you meet cool people.

Or sign up for couchsurfing and stay for free.

There's the greatest need always the possibility to travel very cheap if you are extremely economical and offers such as volunteering, couchsurfing, hitchhiking, etc. Uses. I have always met people who travel with two three thousand euro a year through South America and experience a lot. This is already an art and certainly not for every man, but with 1000 euro you have all options open.

Your vacation planning has nothing to do with the "classic" work & travel. In this respect you need only a tourist visa for Australia and Canada. In New Zealand you can stay as a German citizen up to 3 months without a visa. But you can't work in the country in all countries. This means your web pages are not meant.

Which countries make sense for you as a travel destination, only you can determine. You know your desired goals and have to inform you over the Internet only about the respective goal.

Surely there are also blogs of travelers reporting from these countries. It is your job to research that, as it is also your journey.

Put together a travel route that you would like and check the possibilities and costs on this route. The better you are prepared, the better the journey will go. Apart from the unforeseeable events that still happen.

Good luck with the research and the journey.

P.S. And what about your language skills?

However, I can well imagine doing some work and travel work here and there. In addition to the income that I already have, there might well be something together. Then someday maybe enough for a camper or van.

English quite good but expandable. Otherwise only German so I thought maybe first start with English-speaking countries. In South America one does not get far with English.

The working holida visa is issued only once for 12 months. You should really use that and not waste it.

In the countries that offer this, like Australia, New Zealand and, to a limited extent, Canada, you can build your English well.
