Laptop does not sound over sound system?

Hello here I have the following problem: my laptop is no sound on my sound system or my AMP. I have already tried everything possible that makes sense to me how to update drivers, edit sound settings and test other devices. With each device it worked only with my AMP not. I have tried with my AMP synonymous different settings aver has not helped anything there's only a noise and not more and the system plays on TV, mobile, etc. Perfect sound. I'm with my knowledge in the end can someone hit me?

Maybe you have the amplifier shorted in one place that would be the only thing that jumps into my head right now…

to use other connections?

This can't be because the AMP works perfectly without any noise on any other device but thanks for the idea
