Internet cafe or download cafe?

Is there possibly a download cafe? Something with gigabit internet or something from which I can download Steam or Battle net on my laptop?
Unfortunately only have slow internet and wanted to do the downloads somewhere externally.

Thank you in advance, I do have a gaming laptop but I don't think that with WLAN I can reach the speeds I hope for from a minimum of 2/300 Mbit, since I'm talking about data sizes around 100+ GB ^^ a big one Game already has around 140 GB.
