if I search for something in my browser (for school) then I get a screen freeze and I have to force my laptop to shut down I'm relatively sure that I don't have a virus (says Windows security)
Do a CPU stress test with CPU-Z. Maybe the thermal paste in the laptop has dried up.
I let it run for 6 minutes and everything is fine, even when gaming, everything is ok only for "schoolwork"
Try reinstalling Windows
OK. Then it will probably have nothing to do with it. But I would load Avast instead of the built-in Windows security.

And my internet is pretty bad
Fan defective?
Runs for about 15 minutes without a fan. Then the PC hangs up.

No, the fan is OK and behaves normally only when I leave it inside in "frozen" mode, the built-in illuminated keyboard becomes dark and the fan becomes as loud as when gaming after about 6 minutes
