Lost your laptop function all at once?

Hi so my laptop used to poop up then I did a restore then it was as usual for 2 days and pooped again then I did a lot of restores went Net. Then I tried a Windows update then everything went again for 2 days, but poop then again and now nothing helps.

should I go see a professional who looks at it or could I do something myself?

If I said how bad he's gotten I would say 80% of his strength

What I've already tried:

Cleaning the fan (can't be set up)
Updates
scans
system checks
windows downloaded again

Ps: have had the laptop for 5 months and everything went as usual, only that suddenly nothing went right.

Pack linux mint on it. That works better and to gamble you can run windows in linux.
