PC games lag after PC reset?

Yesterday I set up my laptop again because it was a bit trashed. Up to that point I was able to play every game without any problems. (Had no laggs). However, after the new setup, every game simply lags. In Minecraft I have e.g. Just 10 FPS. I have the graphics card at e.g. Minecraft has already been converted (to the stronger GTX), but nothing has changed.
Please reply quickly.

Sounds like the graphics card driver is missing

How did you put that back. Remember that windows overstrained a lot, which some drivers might have already changed.

this is not to be confused with a backup or an earlier point in time, quite the opposite. It renews the system and tries to keep what's going. Pretty much as friendly as an update.

windows can only default. The rest of the hardware doesn't have to like that

Tr

So if you mean the updates at GeForce Experience, I've already done them. Or what do you mean?

Ma

Tha'ts what I meant

Tr

I reset all hard drives + Windows

Tr

What now?

Ma

Do you have all the Windows updates on it?

Tr

Yes

Ma

Laptop restarted?

Tr

Yes quite often

Ma

Can you use Task Manager to see if something is busy?

Tr

Nothing overloads…

Tr

Although I have Chrome + Task Manager open and the RAM is 40% full (at 16 GB RAM)

Tr

I'm not sure if it was like that before

Well - "Reset" is not an alternative to cleaning up and archiving.
A quick research here would have immediately shown how often this causes problems.

In your case you have the following options:

Some graphics card settings or drivers are incorrect. If you have installed the nvidia drivers manually, then uninstall all nvidia entries in Apps & Features. Then you just wait a little while until Windows has installed the official WHQL drivers.
If you have installed an HDD these could cause lag. Pay attention to whether the hard drive starts at the same time when the lags occur
Your graphics card is damaged.

I ask how and you repeat the same word. I'm out. Sorry but I'm not stupid now.
