I have a laptop, and in short, the speakers go, are detected by Windows Device Manager, but do not work. I have already tried everything: external speakers, on and unplug, and in the end I need help from you guys!
Click on the bottom right in the taskbar by right-clicking on your little speaker icon and then on "Sounds". Under "Recorders" your speakers would have to be found. Are your notebook speakers set to "Standard"?
I've already tried that too. It does not appear there, and the only place where it appears is the Device Manager. There I also tried to reinstall the drivers etc.
Then you probably only helps a new touchdown. If every solution attempt fails, usually only that helps.
Does not work either. Windows always says: Error restoring the PC
Download the Windows Media Creation Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10
Follow the instructions and either make a DVD or a bootable stick (I think Tool will even ask you).
Plug in your stick / insert the DVD.
Restart the PC and try to get into the boot menu via F8 or similar.
Boats from Stick / DVD.
Follow the instructions until you come to the disk image. Here, you will now have to format your partition / disk where your Windows is on it.
You will lose all your data on this disk / partition!
On the format disk / partition install - done.
