For office, internet and presentations, the appropriate dimensions, connectivity, storage space and battery life for a complete day of study would be important to me, if the book does not have to be used for time-consuming programming, coding or simulation / 3D CAD calculations.
Intel's new Core 11 "G" APUs or AMD Ryzen 4x00u - Series offer more than enough raw power for pure Web & Office despite a low base clock of around 1.6 to 2.0 GHz on 2 cores / 4 threads with 8 GB RAM can even be reduced significantly in battery operation.
With 4 cores / 4 threads or 4 cores / 8 threads you have even more than the (currently) necessary performance potential in reserve for "megatasking". For the university, the actually measured battery runtime in Internet mode with active Wi-Fi should not be less than about 8 to 9 hours.
Screen diagonal for intensive and continuous work with the book in the range of around 14 to 15 "and a matt / anti-reflective display.
