Wi-Fi doesn't connect?

I restarted my router from Vodafone. Since then, the Wi-Fi connection is no longer on my tray. Any other device connects to the Wi-Fi (cell phones, ps4 & laptop) only stop at the tab, the production of Wi-Fi is displayed and then canceled because no connection is possible, does anyone know this problem and can help me there?

The Vodafone (Easy Box) and Telekom (Speedport) simply don't want to take any more devices.

A reset usually does nothing.

It's best to buy a new router e.g. (Fritzbox 7590)
