Linux does not start correctly from the boot stick?

Hi, I want to install Linux on my laptop. For this I created a boot stick with Linux 20.04 lts and started the laptop with it. Linux does not start up here, but the message appears: Minimal BASH like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions

Which Linux distribution and which program did you use to copy it to the stick?

Enter exit, then the GRUB should open in which you can select your distribution (probably Ubuntu, since you are talking about 20.04 …)

I've already tried, only the bios opens, where I can choose what I can boot from, I select the stick again, the same message comes when I then type exit again, Windows opens (actually on the laptop Installed)
